Customer Data remains the property of the customer organization.

When you use our Services, we may automatically collect IP address, browser type, device information, operating system, usage activity, log files, session information, and security and authentication events.

4. How We Use Information

We use information to provide and maintain the Services, authenticate users, secure accounts and systems, respond to support requests, improve platform functionality, monitor performance and reliability, detect fraud or unauthorized activity, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.

5. Customer Data Processing

InfraNet acts as a service provider for customer organizations. Customer organizations determine what information is uploaded, who may access it, how long it is retained, and how it is used within their organization. Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the legal authority to provide information to InfraNet.

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards including encrypted connections, access controls, authentication safeguards, audit logging, infrastructure monitoring, and role-based permissions. While we work to protect information, no method of transmission or storage can guarantee absolute security.

We retain information only for as long as necessary to provide the Services, fulfill contractual obligations, comply with legal requirements, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Customers may request deletion of their account and associated data, subject to legal or contractual retention requirements.

We do not sell customer or user information. We may share information with trusted service providers supporting our operations, to comply with legal obligations, to protect rights, safety, or security, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or business transfer.
